For those battling serious mental illness and substance use disorders, the ordinary hurdles of life can feel extraordinary and, at times, insurmountable. But everyone deserves support and care to get their life back on track.
Recovery services for those in need — including youth, veterans, young single mothers, the homeless, and deaf individuals — can make all the difference in someone’s life. This is why Thresholds Chicago has been devoted to offering healthcare, housing, and other resources since 1959.
Thresholds offers 30 unique programs at more than 75 different community-based settings throughout the greater Chicago area, its suburbs, and nearby counties. They wholeheartedly believe recovery is possible through services such as case management, housing, education, employment, primary care, substance use treatment, and psychiatry.
